Shipping

Where we ship
We currently ship to Sweden and Finland. We do not ship to PO boxes or military post addresses. If you are outside these countries and would like to order, email support@3dmilprint.com and we will see what we can do.
Shipping costs
- Sweden: 39 SEK (PostNord Standard). Free on orders over 399 SEK.
- Finland: 69 SEK (Standard). Free shipping is not available for Finnish orders.
All prices on our site include Swedish VAT. Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email when your order ships. Bespoke commissions take longer — we agree a timeframe with you directly.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 2–7 business days within Sweden and Finland. Busy periods and remote addresses can add a few days.
Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.
VAT and customs
Sweden and Finland are both in the EU, so there are no customs charges or import duties on our shipments. The price you see is the price you pay.
Delays, loss and damage
If your parcel is late, has not arrived, or arrives damaged, email support@3dmilprint.com and we will sort it out with the carrier. The risk of loss or damage in transit is ours until the goods reach you — you are not responsible for anything that happens to the parcel on its way to you.
Please tell us as soon as you can so we can act quickly, but there is no deadline that removes your rights: your statutory rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen 2022:260) apply in full, and a complaint is always in time if made within two months of you noticing the problem.
