The Mosin-Nagant M39, nicknamed “Ukko-Pekka”, is one of Finland’s most respected bolt-action service rifles. Developed as a Finnish refinement of the Mosin-Nagant system, the M39 combined older Mosin receivers with Finnish improvements such as a heavier barrel, improved sights, stronger stock design and better overall handling.
Adopted as a standard Finnish rifle model in 1939, the M39 saw its main wartime service during the Continuation War of 1941–1944. It became known for its accuracy, rugged construction and long service life in Finnish hands, remaining in training and reserve use well into the Cold War era.
This detailed 3D printed silhouette model captures the distinctive profile of the Finnish M39, including its long barrel, bolt-action layout, classic rifle stock and clean display-ready proportions. A strong piece for collectors of Finnish military history, Second World War equipment and iconic Nordic firearms.
