What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If an order is damage we can send a replacement, just make sure to contact us asap on support@3dmilprint.com and we will help you.

Sales and Discounts
During sale periods, additional discounts are not applicable, including personal discount codes.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the EU. If you're outside the EU, please reach out, and we may consider expanding in the future.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so please contact us at support@3dmilprint.com within 24 hours if you need to make changes or cancel. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Google Pay, Klarna and Apple Pay.

How will I know my order has shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Do you offer custom designs?
Yes, we do! Custom designs typically take 4-7 business days to complete. Contact us at support@3dmilprint.com to discuss your idea.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will provide instructions for returns or refunds.

Can I have the models outside?
Our models are designed for indoor use and not in direct sunlight for longer period of time. We do not offer a guarantee against weather-related damage.

Are there any limitations to custom orders?
Custom orders are subject to our design and production capabilities. Feel free to share your idea, and we’ll let you know what’s possible!
