This policy explains our voluntary 14-day return policy, your statutory right of withdrawal, and what to do if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

14-Day Voluntary Return Policy

We offer a 14-day voluntary return policy. This means you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a voluntary return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with any tags or accessories, and in its original packaging where possible. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a voluntary return, contact us at support@3dmilprint.com or use the withdrawal/return function on our website where available.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first contacting us may be delayed or may not be accepted as a voluntary return.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal for EU/EEA Consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you normally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period normally expires 14 days after the day on which you, or someone you designate, receives the goods. For an order delivered in several parts, the period normally starts when you receive the last item.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal by clearly informing us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. You can do this by:

- using the “Cancel order / withdraw from purchase” function on our website;
- emailing us at support@3dmilprint.com; or
- sending us another clear written statement.

From 19 June 2026, our website provides an online withdrawal function that lets you submit and confirm a withdrawal request electronically. After you submit the request, we will send you a receipt confirmation without undue delay.

You may withdraw before you have received the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund the payments we received from you, including the standard delivery cost where required by law. We may not refund additional delivery costs if you chose a delivery method that was more expensive than our standard delivery option.

We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you sent them back, whichever happens first.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us that you wish to withdraw.

Unless we have agreed otherwise or provided a free return label, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. If we provide a prepaid return label, we will tell you whether any return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. You are responsible for any reduced value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases, including:

- goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken;
- digital content not supplied on a physical medium, if delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right is lost;
- other items excluded by applicable consumer law.

Because many 3D-printed products may be made to order or customized, some products may not be eligible for statutory withdrawal. Where this applies, we will state this clearly before purchase.

Our voluntary 14-day return policy also does not apply to custom products, personalized items, gift cards, or items that cannot be returned for legal, safety, hygiene, or practical reasons.

Sale items are not excluded from your statutory consumer rights. If a sale item is eligible for withdrawal or is faulty, your legal rights still apply.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. Contact us as soon as possible at support@3dmilprint.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

We will review the issue and make it right in accordance with applicable consumer law. Your legal rights for faulty or incorrect goods are separate from the voluntary return policy and the statutory right of withdrawal.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is usually to return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item once the return has been accepted or processed.

Refunds

We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, where inspection is needed.

Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 10 business days after approval, but your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
