Armoured Troops Emblem – Pansartrupperna (3D Printed)

This emblem represents Pansartrupperna (the Swedish Armoured Troops) the Swedish Army branch responsible for organizing and training mechanized units. The Armoured Troops were established as an independent branch in 1942, and remain a core part of Sweden’s modern land forces.

The classic armoured symbol often referred to as “Pansarnäven” (the armoured fist) is used as the branch insignia. In the m/1963 design, the emblem is described as an armoured arm with a sword, intended to be worn so the sword “strikes outward,” tying the symbol to armored combat power and offensive maneuver.
